He specializes in corporate accounting function administration, GAAP interpretation and implementation, financial reporting, management accounting, tax compliance  and internal control advice. He also has extensive experience in transaction support, including financial due diligence for M&A and restructuring advice. He is a member of the Chinese Institute of  Certified Public Accountant (CICPA).
